A new Group Chief Executive at CPI

Chris Malley has been appointed as Group Chief Executive of CPI effective from 13th February 2023.

Fabrice Holler, Chief Operating Officer, has announced his intention to leave CPI

We are delighted to announced that Chris Malley will join CPI as Group Chief Executive and will report directly to the Board of Elpis Management Limited, the sole shareholder of CPI.

CPI is Europe’s largest offset and digital monochrome book producer, producing over 450 million books per year from its’ 15 factories in France, Germany, Spain, Czech Republic and UK.

Chris Malley brings a breadth of senior leadership experience and best practice from various industries, including Medical Device Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive and Materials Technology. He worked for more than five years in the commercial print industry during his early career.

Commenting on his appointment Malley said “I am extremely excited to be given the opportunity to lead CPI on the next stage of its journey. I am aware of the considerable talent and commitment within our organisation and I am looking forward to support our people to channel that strength and passion to make CPI perform to the highest levels.”

Fabrice Holler is set to leave his role as Chief Operating Officer, after working for the Group in various roles for 13 years, to pursue new challenges.  Fabrice has made a significant contribution to the Groups evolution, not least, recently steering the Group through the challenges of the pandemic successfully. We wish Fabrice well in his new endeavours.
